• The circumstances that caused you to fail to meet Satisfactory Academic Progress standards( my sons health, recently diagnosed with crohns, always sick and getting admitted to the hospital, other son is autistic, single mom, taking care of both kids no help from family, facing financial difficulties due to losing mu job because of my son being constantly sick and getting admitted to the hospital, unable to complete or do well in school for this reasons)
• Any changes that you made that will allow you to meet Satisfactory Academic Progress this semester. (Son sickness recently got diagnosed and treatment has started, other son was taken to a family member abroad where i left him with my mom to help care for him whiles i further my education, meet with a counselor, had an educational plan, more time to study, son feeling better, responding well to treatment?
• The steps you will take to ensure you continue to meet Satisfactory Academic Progress in the future.(studying, meeting coucelor, using extra office hours, getting work don on time, communicating well with the tutors, counselors, seeing a emotional therapist)
