- Prepare an agenda to include the following items:
- Purpose of the meeting
- Introduction of all attendees
- Overview of the project (slide presentation)
- Value/impact of the project
- Lessons learned
- Feedback from stakeholders
- Next steps
The Assignment (Slide Template)
After determining a date for the presentation, the Faculty Member can schedule the meeting on TEAMS using the conference call online application. The meeting will be recorded.
Submit your Close-Out Presentation slides by Day 7 of Week 7.
Present your Close-Out Presentation slides during Weeks 8–10.
Document your presentation in Meditrek.
