Reflection of an experience, lessons learned, and/or sustainability of a project, demonstrates a clear understanding of process. To reflect requires an ability to consider lessons learned, necessary corrections, and next steps. As we move into the final week of the course, it will be important for you to consider what you learned and how to sustain moving forward.
For this Blog, consider what you have learned from the DNP Project and Practicum. Consider your role, as a leader, in implementing the change for the problem. How has your role impacted the problem or change? How might you approach a future implementation differently?
To prepare:
- Reflect on your practicum and project experiences to consider your most important experiences.
- Consider what a future DNP colleague might need to know before taking this course.
By Day 3 Of Week 11
Post a response in which you:
- Outline the most important “take-aways” from your project and practicum experiences.
- What was the most important learning experience?
- What would you have done differently?
- What words of wisdom would you pass on to your DNP colleagues coming into the next class?
By Day 5 of week 11
Read a selection of your colleagues’ blog posts. Respond to at least two of your colleagues on two different days by supporting or expanding on the reflection and impact.
