Here you will include your full interview guide, focus group guide, or survey. This includes appropriate formatting and items. Remember, all of your items should collectively help you to answer your research question. Be sure the survey/interview/focus group materials are in final form and could be used to collect data. This includes instructions, description, contact information, etc.
Students will earn 5 points for adequately answering the research question and 5 points for using the appropriate type of questions and avoiding question/response option errors.
Don’t forget: if you are using a qualitative research design and having participants take part in in-person interviews, your interview questions cannot be answered with a yes or no response.
Don’t forget: if you are using a quantitative research design you need to include both question stem and response options.
