As an HIM professional you must comply with policies and procedures to manage access and disclosure of PHI. Attached is a file with five (5) requests for ROI. Each request will be labeled with a number (101,102,103,104 and 105). Review each request and complete the attached worksheet. Please explain your answer providing details to whether or not you will release information. Please add a work cited.
