Instructions:
Prior to starting the assignment, please research the guidelines on the release of information (ROI). I highly suggest that you utilize your course textbook and AHIMA articles included within the Module.
As an HIM professional you must comply with policies and procedures to manage access and disclosure of PHI. Attached is a file with five (5) requests for ROI. Each request will be labeled with a number (101,102,103,104 and 105). Review each request and complete the attached worksheet. Please explain your answer providing details to whether or not you will release information. Please add a work cited.
