Your presentation should simulate a pitch to organizational decision-makers (represented by your course professor) and must include:
Technology Overview: Briefly explain the AI technology, its core capabilities, and how it qualifies as an “emerging” innovation in your field or industry.
Application to Organizational Development: Describe how this technology will reshape specific organizational behaviors and processes. Use theories or models where relevant.
Expected Outcomes: Articulate the projected benefits: improvements in performance, efficiency, engagement, or learning.
Potential Risks and Ethical Considerations: Identify challenges, including employee resistance, data bias, privacy concerns, or ethical use of AI in the workplace.
Implementation Strategy: Outline a phased rollout plan and explain how you would assess success. Highlight change management and communication strategies.
Use of AI in Assignment Development: You are encouraged to ethically use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, AI design tools) in preparing your proposal.
