Risk Management
Using information about organization you are working at it or organization you are aware about it and its process and nature to prepare risk register for this organization (at least ten different risks at different levels). The risk register shall contain risks and risk assessment elements and risk treatments. then use this information to develop risk monitoring program for those risks (risk trigger , monitoring frequency , accountability ….etc) the report shall be designed as follow:

2. Brief about the organization
3. Organization risk management processes and risk assessment criteria
4. Risk register of 10 different risks minimum
5. Risk monitoring program
6. Critical success factors for effective implementation
7. Conclusion and recommendations
8. References
• Harvard reference methodology shall be maintained
• The report shall be at least 3000 words
