The CEO has hired you as a management consultant to perform a SWOT analysis in order to provide an outside perspective on the Company’s current business situation. 

BUSI 493 Required: 

Prepare a report with appendices for the CEO that succinctly outlines the details of your SWOT analysis and summarizes your findings. 

In your report you need to include the following three (3) items: 

1) External Environment Analysis (Opportunities and Threats)

BUSI 493 Assignment Structure: 

Structure your Individual Assignment to include the following three (3) sections:

1) Report:

The report includes conclusions of your research and analysis. Conclusions should be well organized, clearly stated and linked tightly to your research and analysis. Writing should be concise, persuasive, easy to understand and free of errors.

The report structure should include:

2) Appendices: 

The appendices include details of your research and analysis. This may include student created content or relevant content sourced in your secondary research. The appendices are a place to include detail that may not fit well into the report but provides useful supporting or background detail. 

This content may include, but not be limited to: 

• Spreadsheets detailing financial analysis 
• Graphics, exhibits, charts, diagrams, timelines 
• Relevant additional details related to your analysis 
• Format: 3 to 5 pages, 2 cm margins, page numbers

3) References:

The report should be based on your own analysis (conclusions are your own opinion based on your own analysis and secondary research). Students are encouraged to perform additional research using high quality sources in the business media and other credible sources. Sources must be cited (APA or Chicago Style End Notes) and included in the References section
