Project Description
Write a 175-word project description:
- Describe the proposed Capstone program/project/plan, including the existing organization involved or the new organization to be created:
- the health, clinical, or administrative problem(s) to be addressed
- the operational areas to be improved (if applicable), and/or the proposal to be developed
- Describe the target populations and the value to be delivered in terms of meeting community, socioeconomic, administrative, or regulatory needs.
- Describe any strategic partnerships that will play a key role in the proposal.
Strategic Planning Tool
Choose and create a 1-page strategic planning tool:
- Perform a SWOT, GEMBA, PEST, or Workflow Diagramming, etc., to support your Capstone proposal selection, including any pertinent data relevant to your population, organization, or problem.
- Cite any sources using APA guidelines.
Lit Review
Develop a literature review including at least 4 directly related articles, research studies, or published texts, including:
- APA reference for the source.
- A brief paragraph summarizing each source. Include any key strategies, research findings, pertinent data, and information relevant to the Capstone.
