Instructions
Choose a personally meaningful topic or aspect of sport that you would like to change/reform. This topic should fall within spirit of topics discussed and studied in class (this is very broad so get in touch if you want be to ok your topic). The project should include: (1) a description of the current state of the chosen topic/aspect (2 pgs); (2) why you feel it needs to be changed/reformed, citing relevant literature to support your argument (2 pgs); and (3) the plan for implementing the change (3-4 pgs). Included in the plan should be what the end goal is, and the steps necessary to get there (be creative yet practical!). Throughout the project, you should be mindful of sport in the context of American society and how the change will be intended to impact society.
You must review APA and use that publishing style. Also all papers will be checked for plagiarism by using the TurnItIn report. Also, be sure and paraphrase all statements used from your sources. If you have a reference listed, it must be cited in the paper. Write in 3rd person. Always avoid writing in 1st person in a professional paper.
