Introduction and Alignment: As we conclude the second week of the course, hopefully you are beginning to see the value of the paradigm shift of positive psychology and strengths-based leadership. Strengths based leadership is more than a fad. It has been used throughout numerous industries and high level leadership positions for over 25 years. Leaders who understand their strengths, work to improve them, and surround themselves with others who help in areas where they are not strong find success. Additionally, leaders who look for and recognize strengths in others build excellent teams.
