Dear tutor,

I am working in chapter 4 (Data Analysis and Results) of my project titled : Enhancing Blood Supply Chain Efficiency Through Project Management Aspects. I choose the following project management aspects: 1- Demand forecasting 2- Risk management 3- resource management 4- data management 5- stakeholder communication 6- quality management 7- budget management 8- donor recruitment 9- inventory control management 10- development and training management.

I want to test the degree of effect of these aspects on the following blood supply chain elements: 1- lead time for blood delivery 2- utilization rate 3- out-of-stock incidents 4-donor satisfaction score 5- cost per unit collected of blood. I collect my data by a survey, I asked the participants to rate the level of agreement to the statements on a scale from 1 to 5, where 1 represents “Strongly Disagree” and 5 represents “Strongly Agree”. The results are atttached as an excel file.

Please follow the instructions:

– Describe the methods that will be used to analyze the collected data. Describe in detail how you intend to use these techniques. In this part, you must show and discuss the data analyses, and results of the analysis, and highlight the findings of your research with detailed discussion.

– From the analysis, test the hypothesis of the research: the application of project management methodologies will result in a significant reduction in blood wastage and streamline the usage of the blood supply chain.

The Chapter should consist of the following sections:

1- Cronbach Alpha for the reliability range test. 2- statistical test by null (by using Minitab) to test the hypothesis of the research. 3- Ranking of the project management methodology aspects by relative importance index (RII) 4- variance and correlation of data (by Minitab)

Please be noted that for every test and method, you should first give a brief about the test itself and write a full explanation of the analysis of data using this test, then put the figure or table to show the results of the test. kindly refer to the attached data.
