Course Description
The course emphasizes the value of various theoretical frameworks for decision-making in complex healthcare settings. Students will examine decision-making models and processes. Ethical and leadership contexts and explore the impact these models have on healthcare outcomes. Students will also demonstrate skills in care coordination, innovative thinking, delegation, and initiating conflict resolution strategies.
