● Examine a released item for your subject area or subject area of your choice at the Secondary Level. Write a reflection in which you, first, analyze the structures and necessary knowledge required for proficiency and second, how this assessment impacts you as an educator. Then locate results on this measure for one school, identify the strengths and needs, and suggest a plan of action to address the areas of need. Analyze the challenges for diverse learners such as students with special needs and students who are English learners. This should be a 5-7 page paper. To demonstrate advocacy for students, use what you learn from exam content to tutor students within the field classroom or after school.
