Exercising Team Collaboration
Step 1: Your instructor will assign you to a team no later than Day 2 (Wednesday) of Week 1.
Step 2: Meet your teammates in the designated Team Project Workspace.
Step 3: Check in with your teammates in the designated Team Project Workspace no later than Day 3 (Thursday) of Week 1. You will work with these team members in the Team Project Workspace for the Week 2 and Week 3 group interactive assignments, which are Mapping the Business Problem and Develop Current State Process Diagram. The team assignments are meant to provide experience with real-world applicability in business systems analysis team collaboration.
Step 4: Designate a team member to submit the discussion posts for each group assignment and post it in the Team Project Workspace. Do this by Day 5 of Week 1.
Step 5: Use your Team Project Workspace to collaborate with your team to develop the business problem map for CWI according to the instructions of the Week 2 group Interactive Assignment.
Step 6: Use your Team Project Workspace to collaborate with your team to develop the Current State process diagram of CWI’s business problem according to the instructions of the Week 3 group Interactive Assignment.
Note: During Week 5, you will have the opportunity to rate your team-members’ contributions to the team assignments.
