Instructions
For this assignment you will need to locate a person whose culture is “different” from you on the basis of race, gender, social class, sexual orientation, national origin, first language, or other criteria we study this semester. You will conduct a short interview (30-60 minutes) helping you to understand the differences between the educational structures and cultural experiences of this individual and your own. You will write a paper presenting and analyzing your findings from this interview. (you must include the transcription of the interview)

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Although I am not requiring the transcripts in APA format, I do need to be able to see who is speaking in the interview. There are several examples online, but here is a pretty simplistic one. http://www.indianscribes.com/example-transcript/
Please make sure your transcriptions are entered as an interview and not just jumbled text. I do need to be able to decipher when the interviewer (you) is asking questions and when the interviewee is answer questions.
