These are my current job’s activities/duties:

The companie’s name is Sportime Clubs, LLC.

– Learning Sportime’s strategies and methodologies for five-star costumer service support to Sportime’s members/costumers and for creating a positive member/costumer culture.

– Assist director of tennis with coaching and programs and monitoring of players.

– Provding weekly updates and performance metrics to supervisors.

– Attending tennis coaches’ meetings at Sportime Bethpage Tennis, to observe the manner in which tennis directors and coaches are trained, motivated and supervised.

– Assit director of tennis with seasonal planning and tennis curriculum and implement changes to curriculum as required.
