For this assignment, you are expected to develop a leadership philosophy based on the various topics you were exposed to in class regarding ethics. With paper, you will need to identify your career objective and tailor your philosophy of leadership around an ethical foundation.
The following questions may help you in organizing and writing your philosophy:
- What ethical foundation do I follow?
- How do people learn?
- How can I facilitate people to follow my leadership?
- What are my goals?
- What makes me feel good about being a leader and a particular ethical foundation?
- What characteristics of good leaders have I seen?
- Do I search for feedback? What kind?

Your philosophy should be between two and three pages. This should be turned into the instructor as a Word document.
Since this is a personal philosophy, references and citations are not recommended.
