Perceptions of Social Work survey and ask 10 individuals to complete it. You may collect the data by asking people to complete a digital version of the survey OR a paper/pencil copy. Be sure to number each questionnaire with your initials and numerical code (e.g., HS001, HS002, etc.).
Next, create a data set in Excel following the instructions Module X. Create a tab with the raw data and a tab with the data key. Your submission should include your final Excel document.
