3. Develop a plan to:

b. consider the financial and budgeting consequences
c. address the human resource implications
Throughout your assignment you will demonstrate your scholarly approach, synthesising literature to provide evidence to underpin your argument. This assignment addresses course learning objectives: 1, 2, 3 and 4.
