The overview should include the following:
- Objective for paper’s purpose
- Overview of specific health policy or issue about HIV
- A detailed description of the legislators or agencies that are involved in the specific health policy and how it has been funded or allocated to improve health care practices and outcomes
- A detailed description on how the health policy will influence and affect the targeted minority and gay (men that have sex with men “MSM”) population
- Provide rationale for why this specific health policy topic is important and needed
