You should track:
• Is the provider responsive to your questions and concerns?
• Does the provider follow through with what it promised or said?
• Can you and the provider have both good and difficult conversations while keeping things civil and respectful?
• Do you trust the provider will support you?
• Does the provider always find the information you need?
