Find a minimum of one additional scholarly and/or credible resource that provides a set of characteristics for a good performance management system.
Compare and contrast your research to the “Characteristics of an Ideal Performance Management System” in Chapter 1.
Determine whether one set of characteristics is more useful than the other, or if a combination gives the best assessment.
