1. List your speech proposition in one declarative statement. (fact, policy, or value)
2. Surprises – did you learn something you had not expected?
3. What did you learn?
4. Were you able to gather a percentage? For example, “90 percent of the class are organ donors.” If so, what is it? What is an example of how you could say it and also the sentence that would follow? For example, “90 percent of the class are organ donors.” (Next sentence) This means that most of us are in agreement about the need for our contributions.”
5. How will you use your results to strengthen your appeal?
