In many instances, it can be difficult to make sure all voices are heard when working as part of a team. Think about how your group has worked together over the past few weeks and reflect on the ways you have collaborated and communicated. In 2-3 paragraphs, address the following prompts:
- Have there been challenges making sure all voices were heard?
- Have some members dominated the process?
- Have some members been less comfortable participating in the project?
- In what ways have you been successful, and in what ways could you have improved how your group collaborated and communicated?
