Lesson Plan Analysis Assignment Help

Lesson Plan Analysis Assignment Help guides students through a structured five-step process for evaluating teacher lesson plans effectively. The assignment requires selecting two teachers, analyzing their one-week plans using the NSA Lesson Plan Rubric, summarizing instructional and assessment practices, developing feedback, and reflecting on improvement strategies as a principal. Supporting materials from Leverage Leadership 2.0 and several provided handouts inform each step of the analysis.

After reading Chapter 2 in Leverage Leadership 2.0, review the following documents in the DVD to determine what will be useful in completing this project.
Handout 1A: Leading Fact to Face Meetings to Guide Lesson Planning
Handout 2A: One Pager on Leading Teacher Teams to Analyze Student Work
Handout 3A: Sample Curriculum Plan 9thGrade English
Handout 2A: Sample 3rd Grade Math Lesson Plan
Handout 3B: Sample Lesson Plan 9th English
Project 3 – Instruction/Lesson Plan Analysis

Choose two teachers that will provide a one-week lesson plan for evaluation. Analyze the two plans using the NSA Lesson Plan Rubric (located in Appendix B). Create a summary of the instructional and assessment practices specified in the lesson plans. Decide what feedback you would give the teachers and list those issues to be addressed when providing feedback to the teacher.

Discuss your observations with the principal and get feedback on the effectiveness your proposed comments might have on the teachers. Write the following:

Summary of Teacher 1’s lesson plan and rating
Summary of Teacher 2’s lesson plan and rating
Summary of discussion with the principal
Reflection on the best way to handle improvement of lesson planning as a principal. Include discussion of the lesson plan format, review process, and feedback procedures.
