Please progress through this module as follows:
• From the course text, read chapters 1.
• Click the Assignments link located on the Course Menu and follow the instructions to
complete the What is Health Psychology assignment. Write and submit to the
assignment link a 2-3 page research paper. Demonstrate your ability to utilize research
from multiple sources into a single, cohesive paper
• Click the Discussions link located on the Course Menu and follow the instructions to
participate in the Module 1 What is Health Psychology activity. Please reply to at least
two of your peers' posts using the ABC Approach.
• PREPLAN: Begin reviewing the instructions for the Challenges to Health and
Wellness assignment. Do not wait until the last minute to begin this project.
• PREPLAN: Continue working on Self-Modification Project assignment. The assignment is
due the last week of class.
Upon completion of this module, proceed to the next module.
