Motivation in 1917: Analysis of Characters and Plot through Organizational Behavior Concepts

In about 4 to 5 pages (Times New Roman, 12, double spaced, 1-inch margins), answer the following questions based on the movie 1917 and connect the concepts of motivation in Chapter 5 to the plot and characters of the movie.
1. Why did General Erinmore choose Tom Blake and Will Schofield to perform the mission? In other words, why would Tom Blake and Will Schofield be more motivated than others to accomplish the assigned goal? Explain the motivations of Tom Blake and Will Schofield by using AT LEAST one theory of motivation covered in the chapter.
2. On multiple occasions, the characters discuss the consequences of them not accomplishing the mission. What were the extrinsic and intrinsic outcomes associated with goal accomplishment or non-accomplishment in the movie? (at least one each)
3. Summarize your thoughts on the movie based on the Motivation chapter concepts.
