OVERVIEW
For each Leadership Profile, you will complete the assigned questionnaires, report the data collected,
reflect on your strengths and weaknesses, and then create an action plan for applying this information.
INSTRUCTIONS
Each Leadership Profile must be at least 500 words and contain at least 2 peer-reviewed scholarly
articles/sources, your textbook, and a biblical perspective cited and referenced appropriately. Your
work should be formatting using APA standards and integrate concepts from leadership theories where
appropriate. A cover page, abstract, and references page are required for this assignment, and all
outside sources should be published within the past 5 years. Do NOT copy your scoring into your
papers from the questionnaire quizzes. Describe your scoring through your analysis and scholarly
review.
Leadership Profile: Behavior & Situational Leadership Assignment
- Complete the following questionnaires found in the Northouse textbook:
• Leadership Behavior Questionnaire, (pp. 100-102)
• Situational Leadership Questionnaire (pp. 122-125)
- Do you agree with the scoring?
- Discuss and reflect on the results integrating resources on leadership and using APA formatting.
- Submit your Leadership Profile 2 for grading at the designated place provided
