   1. Identify and describe three specific, observable, and measurable behaviors you want to increase or decrease.
   1. Choose a type of token to be used. Justify your choice based on its practicality, durability, and appeal.

   2. The submission must be APA 7 formatted.
   3. The assignment should be a minimum of 5 pages (not including the title page and reference page)
