This is social work ! Please be personable . I grew up as a CODA- Child of Deaf adults and am interested in Working closely with the deaf community and their needs. I have also served in the US army and have been my unit’s Equal Opportunity Rep and the unit UPL . Please research the Armys UPL and Eo programs to understand what they are and apply it to my paper correctly.
