   3. Define the problem statement: What exactly is the problem?

   1. Collect information from a variety of sources.
   2. Share and document information from discovery.
   3. Generate possible solutions for comparison and consideration.
3. Resolve the problem.
   1. Determine the solution that best fits.
   2. Present and justify the solution.
   3. Debrief the problem with a conclusion and the lessons that you learned.
