This post covers Problem Purpose Research Questions, as detailed below.
Description
For this Assignment, you will analyze the alignment among the problem, purpose, and research questions in three completed capstone studies. This practice dissecting someone else’s work will help prepare you to ensure alignment in your own work.
To prepare for this Assignment:
- Review the three exemplar dissertations.
- For each one, analyze and take notes on the alignment among the problem, purpose, and research question(s).
- Write an analysis that addresses the prompts provided in the assignment instructions below.
Adesanya, O. (2019). Associations between healthcare utilization factors and diabetic retinopathy among adult African Americans, Walden Dissertations and Doctoral Studies. https://scholarworks.waldenu.edu/dissertations/758
Jungbauer, R.M. (2017). HPV vaccination, sociodemographic variables, and physician recommendation in select U.S. areas, Walden Dissertations and Doctoral Studies. https://scholarworks.waldenu.edu/dissertations/464

- Discuss how the problem drives the purpose.
- Describe how the RQ is centered around the problem and purpose.
- Point out details of how the problem, purpose, and RQ(s) complement one another.
- Support your analysis and conclusions with specific references to the exemplars
