Executive Summary
Provide the reader with a summary of the entire report. Provide the reader with an overview of the purpose of the report, its main findings, conclusions, and recommendations.

Provide the reader with a road map for the report (what the report will cover and when) and discuss the importance of the report, i.e., the aim or purpose of the report.

Provide the reader with a fairly brief summary of the investigations that are being reviewed.
This section should be between 300 words.
Investigative review
Provide an evaluation and analysis of the investigation reports being reviewed. This analysis needs to include: a critical review of the planning and scoping of the investigations, the collection of evidence, the conduct of the investigators, the method/s of investigation, and how this evidence was analysed.
Compare the similarities and contrast the differences between the two reports:
· how was the planning and scoping similar or different?
· how was the collection of evidence similar or different?
· how was the conduct of the investigators similar or different?
· how were the methods of the investigators similar or different?
Provide a holistic critical discussion and comparison of the two investigations, evaluating the strengths, limitations, and key issues found across both investigations. Hence, what was done well and what needs to be improved, comparing the two investigations. This section needs to be supported with scholarly, peer reviewed sources.
This section should be between 1000 words.
Conclusion
Provide a summary of the investigative review section, stating the key findings and noted issues from the review of the investigations. State clearly here the findings of how thorough and valid the determinations/conclusions of the reports are and why.

Recommendations
Provide three recommendations regarding directions for future investigations, based on the review conducted of the investigations. These recommendations pertain to management response, regulatory action, or policy improvement and should be grounded in scholarly literature – noting evidence-based recommendations.
This section should be 500 words.

Provide a list of all references used in this report. These should be formatted in line with the APA style in this list and in the report.
