The context (environment, situation, etc.) of the health problem/ population.
Specific characteristics of the target population.
General description of the program being developed.
Develop two tables in MS Word (Literature Review Matrix and Community Resources Table). The first table is for literature references (Literature Review Matrix) for the project, and the second table is for community resources that will be useful to you in your preparation for the final project and for the people who would attend your community health project. Local and national resources (groups, organizations, etc.) are best.
Literature Review Matrix Table using Microsoft Word that includes:
At least ten appropriate reference citations (in APA format) used to develop your program (consisting of evidence-based and /or scholarly articles) with 3-5 sentence descriptions of the reference’s content.
