The video presentation should be 6-10 minutes long with audio and visual component
In your presentation, be sure to summarize the following:

Interviewee Details: CW3 Kathylnn D. Varshine (Operations Officer; US ARMY)
The manager and their management style/ philosophy
Real-world performance issues the manager has experienced; Ask how they have responded to these concerns, what the solution looked like, as well as what the impact of this response has been (e.g., did it solve the concern or did it create new concerns)
Behavioral strategies the manager uses or used in response to these concerns; Ask the leader if they any preventative strategies (e.g., antecedent-based strategies,) that they’ve incorporated in their practice to reduce the likelihood of encountering the concern.
Reflect on the assignment and beneficial information you learned throughout the interview and what you might incorporate into your own professional practice. Within this section you can comment on other behavioral strategies that you identified that might be helpful to address these concerns, how you might make modifications within your own practice, what you might avoid, how you might approach a similar performance issue if you were faced with a similar situation within your own workplace, etc. Please make sure to spend some time of your presentation on this portion.
