Requirements for Assignment:
Create your portfolio with all the items listed below.
The word document should contain the following:
Create a cover page for the portfolio with your name and CMRS certification if applicable.
Create a Table of Contents. Make sure the page numbers for the documents are correct.
The first page for each document should be a screen print of the cover or first page of the item / article. Make sure to include the Title of the document on the first page for each item.
The second page for each web site / article is a document containing two or three paragraphs for each document explaining what you learned from the material and an explanation of how it is pertinent to coders and billers. Do not copy and paste the material word for word from the document. Your review should be your understanding of the material.
Note: It is acceptable to combine the screen print and your narrative on one page. Please make sure to provide a complete overview of the document.
One or two sentences does not make a paragraph for this project. I expect thoughtful expression of the information contained in the document and an explanation of how it is pertinent to coders.
At the end of the semester, you will be required to upload your complete e-Portfolio Word Document onto Canvas containing all the elements listed above.
