b. What are the possible penalties for individuals or businesses who violate the use of the term physical therapy or physical therapist?

c.  In your own words and/or experience, provide 5 violations and examples of such violations that constitute grounds for denial or suspension of a physical therapy license

d. In as few words as possible, write how you would describe the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF)  framework and how it is utilized to describe function and disability and provide a physical therapy diagnosis.
