Directions on how to complete ATI Focused Review:
Go to ATI and take Nutrition Practice Assessment A.
Go to “My ATI,” then “Results” to complete the focused review.
Under the “Results” tab, click on Nutrition Practice Test A to start the focused review.
Download your “ATI Student Report.”
Download the “3 critical concepts” remediation document Download “3 critical concepts” remediation document.
Complete the focused review post-study quiz, if assigned.
Complete all topics to be reviewed on the report. Review topics included in the 3 critical concepts remediation document must match the ATI Individual Performance Profile report.
Complete one cognitive function reflection for each topic reviewed.
If you score 100% on the practice test, you must complete 3 critical concepts on 2 nutritional topics of your choice. If you only have 1 topic on your performance profile report pick one other nutrition topic to complete your 3 critical concepts on. You must have a minimum of 2 topics on your remediation document.
The 3 critical concepts must be typed with complete and thoughtful answers.
Must be original work for each assignment. Assignments are not to be re-used.
In one submission, attach both documents – (1) the ATI Individual Performance Profile report and (2) the Completed 3 Critical Concepts Remediation Document.
Review the rubric for more information on how your assignment will be graded.
NO resubmission of documents that are missing or for a better score will be accepted after grades are posted.
Only PDF, Word, JPG, or PNG files will be accepted for grading.
