Aims
The aim of this assignment is to produce a detailed Project Management Plan that uses all the PMBOK Knowledge Areas and demonstrates application of Integration Management and Control. Using Microsoft Project to create a Schedule (Gantt Chart) to be included in the Project Management Plan showing all tasks, resources and dependencies. Industry-standard presentation of the Project Budget, Linear Responsibility Chart and Risk Register.
Task
Project Management Plan
The production of a project management plan is a significant and core component of this unit. Once a project has been formally approved through the Project Charter, it must be planned. The project planning processes culminate in a formal approved document – the Project Management Plan.
See You must produce a Project Management Plan containing the following components:
- Introduction/Background
- Work Breakdown Structure PM (PRJM 6000)
- Schedule TM (PRJM 6002)
- Budget CM (PRJM 6001)
- Linear Responsibility Chart PM (PRJM 6000)
- Stakeholder Management & Communication plan PM (PRJM 6000 & PRJM 6005)
- Risk Register RM (PRJM 6003)
