This is in return is expressed as self image, inner workings and how the member connect with outside world. Organisations regularize the members performance by using the foundation of respect and understanding. The culture of organisation also depicts elements like vision, values, systems and symbols that influences individual behaviour.
Consider yourself as a HR manager of any medium size organisation and therefore you are required to examine the culture with respect to your organisation and you aims to improve the performance by implementing suitable work culture.
