For this journal assignment, you are a government official tasked with incorporating the Health People 2030 initiative in your community. How will you do this, and what will it involve?

Begin your response by including an introduction, then address the following questions:

• How would you incorporate the components of Healthy People 2030’s action plan to effectively improve your organization over the next 5 years?
• What key performance indicators would you use to manage your progress? Explain your rationale for choosing these.
• What challenges might you face when implementing these goals in your community? What might you do to mitigate these challenges?
