The IA for Module 5 consists of conducting evaluations of the Mississippi Teacher Salary Schedule, your school district’s teaching salary schedule, and writing a brief reflection, noting the observations from your evaluation. In your evaluations you will notate changes/adjustments of dollar amounts of incremental differences between steps representing years of teaching experience and certification levels.
