Your research paper should be 6 – 8 pages in length. You should use the default settings, 1 inch margins, pt 12 Times New Roman, double spaced, no spaces between paragraphs, etc.
Adhere to the format that will be provided at a later date by the Instructor. This is very important in that any deviation from the format will result in an unsatisfactory grade! The pages should be numbered starting with the first page of text.
With this project you must consult at least 5 sources and have used at least 3 in your paper. You may not use sources from any internet sites, no Wikipedia for example, as they are generally unreliable. Acceptable source types include: books, newspaper articles, magazine articles, transcripts, journal articles, etc. Your textbook may not be used as a source but should be consulted as a starting point for learning more on your topic.
Spelling and grammar should be checked thoroughly. The final draft must be free of any spelling and grammatical errors.
