This assignment is designed to help you develop a comprehensive understanding of what strengths, skills, knowledge, and experience are needed to achieve the desired employment.

To accomplish this task, you will create a Report where you will use Self-reflection to identify and discuss your own strengths, and what areas of development you need to improve, in relation to progress into the career you wish to follow. Using the data gathered, you will be required to create a useful, effective, and updated CV, a LinkedIn profile, and a detailed Development Plan (named also, Action Career Plan) in which you will elaborate SMART Objectives.
