Take some time to think about what interests you in psychological assessment. If you aren’t sure, you can start by thinking about psychology topics that you are passionate about. For example, there are measures of anxiety, psychopathy, pathological helpfulness, IQ, wellbeing, achievement, learning, and so many other constructs. What are you most interested in? Look up some topics and focus on their conceptual and operational definitions (how are they usually measured?). Note these references for the assignment. You will need three references related to your chosen topic
For this assignment, please identify your construct of interest (e. g., memory, personality, depression) and list any assessment you are thinking about examining to select for your assessment/measure comparison. Report on anything else you wish to, but that is all that is required for this assignment (construct and possible measures you will examine, plus three references showing you looked up the topic).
What is your chosen construct and potential measures, 2) what level of measurement are you expecting to find used by your assessment tool (and why), and 3) by what method do you anticipate your construct will best and most fairly and accurately be measured?
