A personal statement essay addressing the following: (1) a clear statement of your goals and expectations for entering the program; (2) your understanding of the role of a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, including a shadowing experience with a CRNA if applicable; (3) include at least one article supporting your understanding of the role of a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, cited according to APA Format standards.
in this personal statement/ essay please include that i am yet to begin my Shadowing hours with a crna but that i am currently in the process of getting that done and understand the importance and necesity to get that done in order to further expand my understanding of the role of a CRNA. Although i have not shadowed yet through my research i understand the role of CRNA. Also include that while doing clinical rotation in nursing school seeing a CRNA at work in the operating room helped spark my motivation to become a CRNA.
