TOPIC:
Students are to prepare and present an individual portfolio. The Portfolio shall demonstrate self-assessment, personal evaluation and reflection on key aspects of Organisational Behavioural theory. You are required to investigate and research key theoretical frameworks of the following through self-assessment and response to reflective questions
Your task –
complete the self-assessment for each section highlighted below and answer the reflective questions for each section below:

- Section 7 Resilience (Week 7 Tutorial)
- Section 8 Diversity (Week 8 Tutorial)
- Section 9 Leadership Style (Week 9 Tutorial)
- Section 10 Conflict Management/Resolution Style (Week 10 Tutorial)
- Who Am I? Provide a written personal statement that captures the essence of who you think you are. (Week 10/11)
Each section MUST include a screen shot/s of a completed self-assessment that is clearly connected to each theoretical section of the portfolio. The portfolio must also include references from at least one academic journal article to support each section – a total of five+ references.
