Using the information you have learned from reading the first 4 chapters of this book coupled with your knowledge from other classes and personal experience pick one of the following topics and write about:
- Have you planned for your own long-term care desires? If you have discuss them and if anything you have learned during your education journey has given you reason to change them or modify them.
- If you have not made any plans discuss what you would like to have done for you. It is possible that you have not given it much thought, but you can’t be in a healthcare program and not think about your own care or the care of a loved one.
- Have you had a personal experience with a loved one where you had to make a decision on a longterm care setting? Discuss the decision you made and/or based on what you know now if you would do something different.
- You can read the Case Study on page 90 and answer the 4 Case Study Questions.
The paper should be 3-5 pages in APA format.
