What is the role of the health psychologist in the management of a chronic illness? It first seems necessary to identify the nature of a “Chronic Illness”. Is there a difference between a chronic illness and a terminal disease? Would the role do the health psychologist change depending upon the perceived lethality of the disease process?
Weekly Research Paper – Each week there is an assigned research paper based upon the weekly topic. This research paper should be 2-3 pages in APA format, consistent with the current APA Publication manual (currently the 6th Edition). Remember that a research paper must have multiple resources (usually 3-4 references), of which your text may be one. This paper should reflect graduate level academic ability.
